A gentleman was taking his girlfriend out to dinner to celebrate a successful revolutionary surgery.
He had his ummm appendage extended using the trunk of a baby elephant.
So there they are, the happy couple sitting down waiting for their meal, when it pops out of his pants, feels around the table until it finds a dinner roll, then disappears back where it came from.
The girlfriend is shocked, but thinks she's imagining things.
A couple of minutes later it happens again, grabs a dinner roll and disappears again.
This time the girlfriend can't help herself and has to say something.
"Oh my god that's amazing! can you do it again?"
The gentleman replies "I'd love to but I don't think my bum can fit another dinner roll"
