@Sparky79   Sparky79 there is one subject which is not discussed when it comes to parents who have disabled children or parents who have pnd.  i wish we could discuss it here but i fear we cant but we should be able to without everyone going bezerck as i think it is more common than we read in the news papers. am i making any sense?

@Bunniekins I have no doubt that it is more common than what is shown in the media. so many factors add to the stress and frustration, and being sleep deprived we often find ourselves acting out of character.
