Have worked out possibly why it is so hard for me at the moment. My grandmother was the only person in my family I ever felt cared at all. Just got past her birthday, and next Tuesday is the anniversary of her dying when I was the only one in the family that cared enough to be with her at the end. Am trying to put some things in place to deal with that, B gave a couple of suggestions. And in a month is a friends anniversary. This is not a good time of the year, plus still waiting for the funeral of my friend
