I am crying. I’m really sad and depressed. But I don’t know why. 

Yeah ive failed big time in eating this week. Really bad. 

I know he’s a great guy who is helping me. I’m just so angry st myself. 

Im just really sad that I won’t be happy anymore. Thst this is going to be my life.

it will take time , small steps are the best way

I hear you and i want to encourage you to keep going xxx

with my diabetes when i think I am doing a good day my blood sugar goes up and then i feel sad too

it is hard at times , but we can do this together Heart

@BlueBay  Sending warm thoughts. Life gets really tough, and I know well how frustrating small steps can be, and how hard they are to do sometimes. Listening and walking with you when I can. 💕💜💕

I haven't been feeling very well over the last few days and just not up to much -


Mostly it's been the torn ligament in my knee keeping me awake at night then I sleep in and don't feel like starting the day and then spend all day catching up with myself


Really boring info - but I feel much better today

oh this guy is amazing. I’m so lucky to have him. 

He asked how many times I weighed myself this week. I told him 3 times. He was very happy with that as it wasn’t every day like i have been. He then asked about my eating. Told him I had a very bad week mentally. He wanted to know what happened and the triggers that are making me excessively eat. 

I couldn’t pinpoint the trigger but now I’m going to keep a diary and record my triggers. 

He understands that my stress and anxiety along with a chaotic house is not helping with my eating. 

He wants me to continue walking daily.

Im feeling ok but not over  excited. 

We dpoke a little about home life. He now understands the reasons about my patterns.

Keeping a diary is a great idea @BlueBay It will give you insight into your triggers and subsequent consequences for you and that is actually a positive way of looking forward to how to change those patterns.
