@Shaz51  I'm unhappy with the meds and the side effects . But between doctor and all the other chiefs everything is fine with Indian major suffer from side effects . So i think i gotta go with the counsellor referal and keep the doctor patient relatiobship to Thank you for the meds and see you next time. They're just one big spanner tbh with you .

@Sophia1  I think you are right about not being able to recall all our memories. For me it’s been like an old fashioned slide showing. Looking at a memory, and realising there’s so much more behind each slide. Maybe too much remembering is just that.. too much.

Not quitting has to be one courageous ongoing choice we make eh, and keep on making, even through the darkest, painful feelings persist.
