I think that is a good idea @Snowie re:mindfulness. Do you use a pram or technique he gave you, or an app?

We are heading on a trip @Lee82 to the snow. Can't give any more details then that of course. 

@Sans911  I have a list of mindful activities that we came up with together. I am not that good at it yet, so it is something I need to practice more.
