Have reverse cycle split in bedroom @Meowmy  it's wasteful. I should just add more bedding.

Why is that? I generally turn mine on for a bit, warm up the room, then turn it off @TAB

@TAB hey tabby,  think it's agree with @tyme . It's freezing in bedroom.with no heating at all. Extra bedding help but it takes hours before you can feel warm and comfortable ha. It seems when I was younger, I could endure a lot more. Hope you enjoy a warm night
