Yeah every second day is OK. Today they told me that their psychiatrist doesn’t agree with the assessment the APARC psychiatrist did and they want me to go in for another medical review with their psychiatrist. The CATT psychiatrist has never met me.  It’s really done my head in. I’m midway through a cross taper and really don’t need two different psychiatrists saying different things. 😞

Hello @Cuddlebear my sweet, I'm doing ok. An appointment this morning triggered flashbacks so I've been just sitting quietly trying to calm myself down. Yesterday was ok, Casper always loves his cuddles and puzzle it's slowly getting there.

Do you prefer colder weather my lovely Dreamy? I don't like the heat but I function better in warm weather than I do the cold.
