Yeah I agree re: mental health space. Gabor is a different take on things. Getting to the course of the issues is better than coping or management. Though these are definitely beneficial.

@MDT I have also read that book. Did you watch the movie? I think they released it last year or the year before, and you could watch it via an internet link. It was talking about the same type of issues as Gabor Matt's books. You might find it interesting.
Sorry I can't remember what it's called. But a Google check should help you.
