Sorry to hear about your meds, I hope that improves for you. I'm ok, how are you?

I made a mistake and managed not to take an important Med for five days. It wasn't put into the pill box. So it was going cold turkey for a week. Not good 👀. Now after two weeks I'm getting back on track. The best part is I didn't go back to hospital! It was touch and go a bit.

the last few days have been improved. So there you go. In the last two months I've learnt to play e bass to a basic improv level which is fun.

i hope you've been managing ok.

Oh wow, that sounds hard, I'm sorry. But atleast you didn't need to go to hospital, stay safe and take care.
