Sorry it didn't help. I sometimes found suicide call back service more helpful @esprit. You can talk about things here if you want but I understand if you don't want to.

I'm really glad that you reached out here! Even though we can't change anything, here at least you're definitely not alone. Lots of people who've been where you are, understand how awful it feels, but who have also been able to move through those awful times too. Like @Former-Member said, I've also found suicide call back line better than life line as they are far less 'scripted' than life line.
