Feeling better.

Hi everyone,

I thought I would let you know that I am feeling better and not in a dangerous place anymore. I'm not sure why this is happening to me, my only guess is that I am entering menopause and the fluctuations are making what is already a difficult life situation, worse. I go from depressed but having options to having no options and where nothing will work or change and suicide is the only option. It definitely is a mind-body connection...add bad life situation and bingo.

Anyway, sorry if I worried or triggered anyone. I'm ok.

Re: Feeling better.

Good news the distress is lifting a bit @Atalanta Makes sense that hormones could be a major contributor in you coping ability. There's things they can do to help that. Kelp is a good natural way, visit naturopath or Dr or nutritional expert for ideas. Are you eating enough vegetables every day? April is a good month to go on a 3month course of multi vitamins. And look into organising some respite for yourself and starting son stress management meditations. Nows a good time to look at all your options. Remember not to beat yourself up - we've all been there xox

Re: Feeling better.

@Atalanta - I'm out of here for the night but am so happy to have seen this just before I closed my app. Life has a way of throwing some dodgy things all together to produce a really difficult situation. I hope you're able to go easy on yourself and that you can get a break and some proper breathing space from it all soon.

Thanks heaps for sharing this with us. I hope you stick around the forum for a while.

Re: Feeling better.

@Atalanta. Wonderful news. ♥♥

Re: Feeling better.

@Tawny, I have told my gp but he doesn't want to put me on hrt. I am going to bypass him and go to a female gyno specialist. At the same time I am going back to a naturopath that I saw three years ago and was helpful. Thanks for your advice.

Re: Feeling better.

@utopia, thanks.

Re: Feeling better.

@Former-Member, I would like to stick around but at the same time I am nervous that being here might trigger another episode...play it by ear.
