Thanks for sharing - it sounds pretty awful, what you're going through.

Thanks for your understanding. I can avoid panic attacks by using sanitiser when I'm out...although that's not ideal for germophobia recovery, but it has to do for now. What do you do, to avoid panic attacks when out walking by yourself?

Well, I've submitted my remote inspection report for my rental inspection. It was a bit of a nightmare...my vacuum cleaner died, and my nice neighbour wasn't at home to ask if I could borrow hers, so I had to go out and buy a new one quickly. Usually it takes me ages to psych up to leave the house, but this time I was so stressed that I just went, so that was good. Then the technology for the inspection kept refusing to upload my photos, and each time it refused, it sent me back to the start again... I must have begun again about 20 times! But it finally loaded. Now I have to keep the house pristine until I hear that I've passed the inspection.

Inspections really throw me, so I was so appreciative of all your support, thank you, dear friends

I have NDIS funding for treatment with a PTSD specialist Psycholgist. With the first exercise I over did it and sent myself backward. I'm about ready to try it again. Maybe something like this treatment could help you? (with a phobia focus of course.)
