I'm well thanks @Shaz51 looking for a new job ATM. May have a good lead from a friend but will see how it pans out 🤞.

Life is ok. A little dull nothing much to report here.

Have been increasing my exercise levels and trying to loose some weight - it is a struggle with Meds which I usually take at night that make me ravenous.

We had some nice weather here in Victoria yesterday. Nice and hot. How has the weather been up there ?

did not sleep well last night my @Former-Member 

the hospital rang to say thet my mum had a fall last night 

so went to visiit her this morning 

so hope we both sleep well tonight xx
