sorry to hear you're not feeling well @creative_writer, it's great that you've got your placements to keep you busy. i find that having a self-care routine each night helps keep me occupied and calms me down - i like watching an episode of sitcoms/comedy shows - do you have a night routine that might help distract you? like phoning a friend, taking a new bath, reading, etc?

When I read your post, I could actually feel the energy building up inside me.
For me, i used to go for runs... or, I'd cry, sit at the beach, do something physically active...
Everyone's different. These are just ways I coped in the past.
