Re: Caring for adult son with PTSD,depression and anxiety
I understand and sympathise.. I have a 30 year old son with multiple issues and getting help and convincing him to get help is impossible. It has made me depressed and my own mental health is at risk through worry. It's a vicious circle. I don't have answers for you except to say you are not alone and I am very happy to share with you. Life has given us these problems and we must do our best for our children that is all we can do. And we must try to take care of ourselves although it is so difficult to be happy when our children suffer. My life is far far from happy and I fear it may never be. Knowing there is support out there is so important. God bless you
