okay re id @Dreamy  other things can make engine light come on. had 2 starter motors go on me, thats a popular one. battery could be stuffed too. just get cheapest RAA, ring them then get free diagnosis/advice. 😊 catalytic converter easy fix, just remove and take the insides out of them lol, seen bypasses on fb  ie they make a section of exhaust pipe same length as cat and swap it lol. mines VZ, motor almost same. ivedone 250k  never had issue w cats, yours must m=have more miles ? cat last thing to worry about anyways. running rough could be something dumb like a plug lead. Good Luck. theres always money if know where to look for it lol . just dont pay/buy something else lol . Priorities.

@TAB battery was replaced not that long ago. She has only for just over 200k but the cat code started about 188k. I can't even afford the cheapest RAA. All my money goes to rent and bills and the tiny bit of food I can afford to buy. At this point it's just hoping she doesn't die on me, she is at least still running.

It's a very nice day here in Perth. I'm falling asleep in the afternoon today. Our dog Peanut is very excited, he puts all his toys and our shoes and socks in his bed. I pulled them out and tossed them around the floor.
