Something’s not right
Hey @Doglover , just wanted to check in and see how you are doing. I'm trying to get through to christmas and some time off work. Not really looking forward to xmas day and still figuring out what I will be doing. Part of me wants to be by myself and away from family. Last year was uncomfortable and I think this year will be more so. I'm still struggling with phsyical and mental stuff, been off all meds for a few months now and it hasn't made much difference. Was really hoping for something positive.
Feel fortunate I have found new hobby to occupy my mind.
