Mr shaz crashed last night, slept an snored all night 

He has lost his car keys, can't find them , so he is using mine keys , and I don't drive but clever idea  , 

We are doing a mowing job this morning 

Got a meeting this afternoon, SIL insisted she pick us up instead of taking 2 cars 

Done the dishes and the washing and rang mum 

Late afternoon relaxing, doing nothing xx

Ohhh what a day , got a real serving about someone who has diabetes is caused by what you eat , arrrgggg
I have diabetes because of my kidney disease stage 4 ,
No good talking or explaining because no one is listening

People are so predgitist these days, everyone blames food and weight for most diseases, we need to change this mindset and stop assuming why people have the illnesses they have.

My SIL went on and on and my MIL agreed with her

Yes it's not fair to be on the receiving end of prejudice & premature judgements @Shaz51

I have copped unfair unreasonable judgements many times (often) - especially regarding my being single ("Why are you still single"?), & my bowel emergency surgeries.

These people would not like that being said to them - so they should not be saying it to you (or me).

we worked today until 2-30pm and then took mum up to have her arm redressed
mum is starting to worry me as she is not sleeping well and i dont think she is eating well either
she get meals on wheels but a lot of it is still in the fridge
after her hospital visit , i have pur her into bed for a sleep xx
