I’m feeling okay @Ant7 ..... but I haven’t actually gotten up and going yet ..... lol ..... so let’s see if that answer remains the same .....

Going in search of coffee shortly, which will give me a starting no. of steps for the day.  Yesterday was 4.8km, the day before less than a km, the day before that nearly 10km ...... “incidental” walking ..... just getting out and about and doing stuff, but not today.  No. 2 son has asked me to sit in while he gets some critical assignments done, which is part of his recovery process.
