Re: ~ The Toolshed ~

thank you @Dreamy these affirmations are beautiful and motivating and helps me to continue on pushing through the days ❤️

oh I remember a while ago since earlier this year, I was talking to you a bit about the fact I haven't been going back to volunteer at FoodBank since i last volunteered there in january. I've come to realise that its better if I have a support worker to come and be there with me whenever I have to go there. I've find that if I have to go on my own then it gives me major anxiety when thinking about it.

Not sure when I'd like to go back to volunteer there again, but hopefully sometime after my NDIS plan reassessment gets approved, and when I look for a new support worker.

@Mustang67  Yes we do need reminders. It can get so tough and it’s easy to forget that it is ok to not feel ok.

How’s your day going so far?

Hello @Cuddlebear, I'm doing ok but just got my results from my blood test and I'm sitting with what I've been told from that at the moment.

Re: ~ The Toolshed ~

You're welcome @Blackcloud my sweet, I'm so glad that I can share them and that they can help you and others ❤️.

Oh yes I remember talking about it with you. It sucks that it gives you so much anxiety but it's good that you have the option to have a support worker with you. Hopefully once the NDIS reassessment is approved it's something you can look into doing again.

Re: ~ The Toolshed ~

@REDLINEZ750 not prying at all and I really appreciate the concern. I will chat about it later but at the moment I'm just trying to process things myself and work out what I'm doing to address the issue.

Off to the shops for now 😊.
