Thank you for thinking of me.

Yes I got the results and the bl00ds still point to lupus so he offered me a referral to a specialist to discuss a treatment plan. I said I will continue on the path I am on and in addition I need to look at life changes which is on my to do list which is rather long but will happen. Let's just say my thoughts at this stage are to take leave in January 2022 and not be available.  

I think you know this but so you are in the loop my Dad has been having chemo treatment for cancer and yesterday he received his scan results to determine the outcome of the treatments. Sadly they aren't good and it has spread to his lymph nodes. I am taking the day off from work pretty much logging off after this message to head over there to fully learn more and have lunch with them, hugs etc. It all seems quite surreal, like someone else's life looking in. Not one that I would want them to endure either. My head is foggy and I'm really no good to work on a day like today, when I told my boss he said go now! 

Anyway I should go but I am with you all here in spitrit and will check back in later today,

Thanks for your reply, @Anastasia ...I'm sorry that it appears to be lupus. Do I understand right that you don't want to see the specialist? 

I knew about your Dad receiving chemo, but not about his latest results...I'm very sorry to hear that it has spread to his lymph nodes. 😞 Oh gosh, so much for you (and your family) to cope with... 😞

@ @Anastasia  so sorry to hear about the 'lupus' indicators. And your dads cancer spread 😞😣 Gosh life can hit us all at once. I'm glad your boss is supportive and you got to take time off and go be with your dad. I lost my dad last month. And mum 3yrs ago to cancer - I remember when she was told she's stage4 😞 She fought it for 3yrs though  (no chemo). You gotta just make the most of the time you have left with them. Create good  memories together 💙

With the Lupus, i  have a friend who was diagnosed  20+ years ago and it never really changed her life, maybe fatigue and staying out of the sun. She's been in & out of remission, still working... just became a gradmother actually. Anyway, do take breaks, self care, Self compassion (((((💙)))))

Hi @Emelia8 ...I'm glad that despite your fear yesterday's radiation therapy went OK, with women only attending. How is your headache this morning? And did you manage to get any sleep last night? 💜

I had to to to the office yesterday as I had a technician coming. I was annoyed as he never came and ended up in tears when a dear colleague asked me if I'm ok. Back there today as a different technician is coming at 9. My intention is to stay only to supervise them and then head home. It will go down like a tonmof bricks but I don't care. 

How are you? Have you been working on any projects in the garden? I can imagine that you have @Maggie in your thoughts as she's such a beautiful soul who visits you regularly 💕 Maggie I hope you are coping ok 🤗

@Emelia8 Friday and more than half way. You are amazing. Please please please stay safe on your drive home. I'll worry until I know you are in your driveway so if it's ok can you please let me know you are home safe? Mum and Dad always send me.a.text when they leave here and get home and vice versa xxx
