And good morning to anyone and everyone passing thru

i am having another of my teary mornings.... so I am just curled up here trying not to cry again

i can't put my finger on what is wrong

my psychologist tells me I am doing great and don't really need her as much (plus I have used more than my 10 sessions) but I am still so flat... so sad.... I don't want get up and face the day.... I just want to sleep forever because I don't feel anything when I am asleep.... nothing and no one can hurt me when I am asleep.... the sadness doesn't consume me when I am asleep.... but I can't sleep forever

i just feel so sick... so I'll... so nauseated all the time

i don't know how much longer I can keep going on like this

A day spent doing as little as possible

read a book whilst lying in the hammock on the deck until I was too cold (it was a tantisibg 5 degrees) then it bucketed down raining.... so I climbed back into bed... finished my book.... warmed up.... snoozed on and off.... watched tv.... now ready to sleep again
