Mental health & food intolerances

Hi everyone

I need some advice. I’ve been diagnosed with fructose malabsorption, lactose intolerant and now possibly wheat intolerant. I need to cut out fructans (wheat) from my diet fir next two weeks. And then tell my dietitian how I’m feeling.

Heres my problem- I have just googled and I’m overwhelmed. I don’t know where to start. It looks like I csnt eat much. Prob there is thst I will end up with the diagnosed eating issue.

Does anyone have any food intolerances? How do you cope?

Re: Mental health & food intolerances

hi @BlueBay
your dietician really should've helped you to work out meals to try and what foods are good/bad.
I don't have a food intolerance that I know of but due to a stomach ulcer I am limited in what foods I can eat. it can be hard to mange but once you know what foods you can eat its easier to work out recipies and snack foods like museli bars or make your own fruit salads.
