Re: Healthy Mind Platter
@Appleblossom I’m constantly on memes and they pretty much sum up that article. Sleep, eat right, exercise, etc.
I feel like I’m doing that these days and I’m feeling great, just wish alcohol wasn’t in the equation but I don’t drink heavily. Though the last month it has been daily but not heavily lol

Re: Healthy Mind Platter
Great thread @Appleblossom 😀👍
Hello and hugs @Former-Member
It is easy to overdo the alcohol, for me I limit myself and also not to have it in the house , I know it is hard
I have been a non drinker for 50 years until lately

@Former-Member Well from what I thought ... if it is only one each day it does not make for being an "alcoholic" however that gets described.
I never had a problem with alcohol but did have a problem being caught in relationship fights with mother and others about their alcohol consumption, so my bottom line is ... teetollars can be a problem too ... I have a few bottles per year and have wine in the house and give wine as gifts ... cos its special ... last weekend ... all they spoke of was beer ... whatever.
I just liked that the platter was health tips without food requirements.
